WTR Homeowners Association
The Whitetail Ridge Homeowners Association is administered by a five-person board of directors who are voted into office by the property owners. The Board facilitates the annual meeting, collects annual assessments, and manages the contracts for road maintenance, snow removal, mowing of road shoulders and pond area, and legal services. The Board also oversees the deeded reservations and restrictive covenants, by-laws, and the articles of incorporation of the community.
