Location and Directions 

Whitetail Ridge is located in Burlington, West Virginia 26710

Burlington is in Mineral County.

 

Within an easy scenic drive are year-round resorts, lakes, New River Gorge National Park, and beautiful state parks. Seventeen miles to the west is the regional campus of WVU and its excellent medical center. Go Mountaineers!

 

From the Capital Beltway, Whitetail Ridge is a two hour and twenty minute drive.

  • Rte 66 west to Rte 81 south
  • Exit 296 Strausburg, west on Rte 48/55 to Wardensville

From Wardensville, travel west on Route 48 (Corridor H - Robert Byrd Highway):

  • Exit at Route 5 Patterson Creek Road - go left to travel north
  • Travel 12.2 miles to left on Ed Welsh Road
  • Travel 2.2 miles to left on Whitetail Ridge Road

From Romney or Keyser areas, Rte 50:

  • In Burlington, turn south on to Patterson Creek Road
  • Travel 4.6 miles to right on Ed Welsh Road
  • Travel 2.2 miles to left on Whitetail Ridge Road
